This boook is a first of its kind in Malta. From a young age, God instilled in me a passion for ‘history’ in general and especially that of the Maltese Islands and its people! “An Epistle to the Maltese” fills a lacuna in Maltese Christian history. It traces the origins, the development and the spread of Christianity with ‘Pentecostal Holy Ghost power’ both here in Malta and Internationally. It also covers the history of the known ‘Evanfelical/Pentecostal Movement’ and how it positively influenced the Roman Catholic Church in Malta, notably through the Catolic Charismatic Renewal.
Much work and prayer has gone into this book and it is intended to stir hunger and thirst in the reader for a closer relationship with Jesus Christ. It is hoped that will provide much ‘food for thought’ for the renewal of Churches cross-denominationally and universally. May the Lord use this book for all of us to lean from the mistakes of the past and build upon the good things that have been accomplished, so that truly HIS-tory will be made.
