These memoires are written by her devoted daughter who describes her mother’s life in Imperial Russia and during the revolution and subsequent exile.
It includes a detailed account of the Grand Duke Michael Alexandrovitch abdication to the throne of Russia in 1917, which took place in Princess Olga’s house, a momentous historical event which altered so completely the course of Russian history and ended the Romanoff’s ruling dynasty.
