This publication should be of interest to: historically oriented readers, lovers of ships, naval and order history. It also represents a document of historical literature for the families of Malta, whose forefathers died and were wounded in 1793 at the Danube in an expedition which was unique in Maltese naval history. Moreover, this book shall serve as a historical documentation of co-operation between the Austrian States and the State of the Order of Malta in the 18th Century.
