Description
Magistrate Robert L. Dauber was born in 1939 an d is an Australian citizen. He studied Law in the University of Vienna. His professional career in an international trading house spans thirty-five years, and consequently travelled all over the globe. He has now retired from the directorship of the Company and devoted himself to his long-standing interest in the naval history of the Mediterranean and the Knights of Malta. This interest is in keeping with his yachting activity in these waters. He has published among others Die Geschichte Des Johanniter Malteser Ritter Ordens (1989), Admiral Frà Friedrich von Ôsterreich (1993) and The Navy of the Sovereign Military Order of Malta (1992).
